Licensed CDL Driver Job Duties:
- Valid CDL-A Driver’s License with driving record meeting Company Fleet Policy Standards.
- Loading, Unloading, and Securing equipment and materials; use of Chains, Ratchet Straps, tarps etc. to secure loads.
- Daily pre-shift vehicle and equipment inspections, including any required DOT forms.
- Keeping daily log as required by DOT rules and regulations.
- Ability to interact with public, supervisors, and coworkers professionally at all times.
- Possess a strong work ethic with a commitment to safety and excellence.
- Ability to manage time to ensure timely delivery of fleet.
- Withstand prolonged and repeated: lifting (including overhead, up to 50lbs); standing; climbing; kneeling; reaching and feeling; crouching and crawling.
- Ability to work with a heightened awareness and maintain a high level of driver integrity.
- Flexibility to work various locations and schedules with the ability to travel, stay late or even overnight when necessary.
